Hello. My husband and I live in a 3-room apartment near Brynäs center. We have now decided to rent out our extra room for a period. Rent: 3000 SEK / month. Included: electricity, water, internet, furnished room, shared kitchen and toilet. Expectations: steady income, no unknown people visiting the apartment, and a deposit equal to one month's rent.
