Hi! My current lodger is moving back home, so I have an empty room in my apartment that I want to rent out again. The apartment is located in Bergsjön, Kvadrantgatan, a nice quiet family area with tram and bus within a 5-minute walk and other amenities like Bergsjön bath, illuminated trails nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Central Station by tram; lines 7 and 11 run here. The room is 8 square meters and is furnished with a 90 cm bed, a chest of drawers, a clothes hanger, and a small desk/chair. I live alone in the apart...
