We are renting out our wonderful house (single-family villa) in Enskede (unfurnished). Good, quiet, child-friendly and at the same time central location close to public transport such as subway & light rail. Parking space for a car. Fiber internet is installed. The rent refers to the base rent; operating costs are additional: electricity, water, garbage collection, heating, alarm. Approx. 4000-5000 SEK/month based on the past 12 months. Not rented out for shared housing. Service fee for tenant: 1785 SEK.
