6 m² room in Umeå

Available room in the collective Kattriarkatet from the beginning of June. We are currently 3 people and cats living together here. The apartment is a 5-room flat of 104 square meters in Ålidhem with a shared kitchen and living room. It is located about a 10-minute bike ride to the university/hospital and 15 minutes to the city center. The room is about 5–6 m² and there is an option to buy the loft bed and wardrobe currently there (unfortunately not in the picture).
