5 room house in Romakloster

We are renting out our residence in Roma. It is a five-room apartment being rented out as a four-room, since one of the rooms is used for storage. The property is partially furnished. The rental period is from 30 November 2025 (an earlier move-in may be possible by agreement) until 31 July 2026, with the possibility of extension. The rent is 14,000 SEK per month. Electricity, heating, water, Wi‑Fi and parking are included in the rent. We wish to rent to one or more persons who are smoke- and pet-free. Service fee for tenant: 693
