4 room apartment in Malmö

Rent out a room in my residence for a limited period. April until August 1st this year (2026). Only female applicants without pets and children. My daughter and I will remain living here during the rental period. Close to Värnhem. Good bus and train connections. Pizzerias and pubs nearby, as well as Coop and a mini grocery store. The rent includes wifi, water, and electricity. Note! Only female applicants desired. There is a cat in the home. I have a teenage daughter, 14 years old, every other week. Service fee for tenant: 327
