4 room apartment in Malmö

We're renting out our lovely apartment in Slottstaden. We moved abroad for work and are now looking for new tenants since the current ones plan to move. It is a 4-room apartment: a large open kitchen/living room, a master bedroom, one smaller bedroom, and one office space (can be converted into a small bedroom).
