Hi, from March 1 I will be renting out my apartment and am now looking for a new tenant who is responsible, has no history of payment defaults, and is a non-smoker. The apartment is 125 sqm and is split over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment is located in Vallda, about 10–15 minutes from Kungsbacka. Access to the outdoor area is limited! The rent is 15,000 SEK per month; parking, electricity and water are included.
