Swapping a 4-room apartment for a 3-room in Gävle The apartment, 99 sqm, is at Byggmästargatan 1, 3rd floor (elevator available). Current rent is 9,868 kronor. Rent increase from April 1 (we have not yet received information about the new rent). A main pipe replacement and a complete refit of the bathroom and guest toilet are currently underway.
