The apartment is on the ground level, has been renovated and is fresh/clean, and consists of 3 bedrooms, two toilets, one of which includes a bathroom and a washing machine. Large living room with an enclosed (glazed) balcony. Clean kitchen with a dishwasher. At the entrance I also have a large terrace that gets morning sun.
