By subway/T-bana, it takes 19 minutes to get to the city center and 26 minutes to reach KTH and Stockholm University. The rent is 5000 SEK and includes everything such as heating, hot and cold water, Wi-Fi, laundry, and even parking. Normally, parking costs 800 SEK/month, so free parking is included! Service fee for the tenant: 247 SEK.
