30 m² room in Malmö

Rental of a 30 sqm room in a shared 4-room apartment on Amiralsgatan Hello! I will be working in Sundsvall for a while this summer and therefore want to rent out my furnished shared room of about 30 sqm from the beginning of June until the end of August. The rent is 7500 SEK, but with electricity it costs a total of 7800 SEK. Nice roommates are around and there is a tumble dryer as well as a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment. The location isn’t bad either as the bus stop Kungsgatan/Stadshuset is just a few steps from the door....
