We are renting out our apartment from December through March. It is located in Rosendal, close to BMC and several institutions. There are very good bus connections with three bus lines. The corner location provides plenty of natural light. Large balcony. A sauna, laundry room, and lovely outdoor area with comfortable seating are available.
