I will be going abroad for few months. I want to sublet my room from March or April for 2-3 months. Fully furnished apartment (including electricity, Internet) with kitchen living in a good location. Good parking area. Subway connection. Small, modern renovated bathroom. Quiet location 1st floor with a good view. Bright south location - morning and evening. For 1-2 persons, extension possible.
