3 room apartment in Stockholm

Fantastic turn-of-the-century three-room apartment on the top floor with a south-facing balcony. Subway, grocery store, pharmacy, cafés, bars, restaurants around the corner. We have bought a house where we will live permanently, which is why we want to rent it out. We can also consider renting out the apartment partly, so we retain access to an overnight/guest room.
