3 room apartment in Skånes fagerhult

The large apartment is located on the second floor of a large building/villa. The house is situated in a small village in a quiet setting close to nature. The apartment also has two floors. You can shop in Örkelljunga/Markaryd (about 15 minutes). Since part of the heating comes from a wood boiler, I am looking for someone who is familiar with that (or willing to learn).
