Åkra Åkra is our largest area, which was built between 1962 and 1968. It is located on the east side of Silvermyntsgatan, on the site where Åkra farm once stood. What remains from that time is only part of the apple orchard down by the ponds. From the centre of the area it is about a 15-minute walk to Sala station and 12 minutes to the town centre.
