Åkra Åkra is our largest area, built between 1962 and 1968. It is located on the east side of Silvermyntsgatan, on the site where Åkra farm once stood. Only part of the apple orchard down by the ponds remains from that time. From the centre of the area it is about a 15-minute walk to Sala station and a 12-minute walk to the town centre.
