Sea view, no overlooking, 7th floor, large balcony, open-plan kitchen and living room. Originally a one-bedroom apartment that has been converted into a two-bedroom apartment. Two small bedrooms. A double bed fits in both rooms. The second bedroom can also be used as a walk-in closet or office. Wi-Fi included. Bus stop right outside. I have no plans to move back, so available until further notice. Wonderful apartment with magical sunrises and sunsets. Of which the tenant’s service fee is SEK 803/month (included in the rent stated above).
