I'm renting out my cozy 3-room apartment of 72 sqm, located on the ground floor at Rasmusgatan 32 in Malmö. Water, electricity and broadband are not included in the rent. The rent is SEK 9,063 per month. There is a grocery store called Mathallen a few meters from the building.
