3 room apartment in Hisings Backa

Hi! This is a short-term rental for 3 months, starting on 1 March 2026 until 31 May of the same year. Unfortunately it is not possible to allow pets and we aim for a smoke-free space. Rent includes electricity, water and heating. A laundry room in the basement is available with an exclusive set of washer and dryer for this apartment. The apartment includes a terrace leading directly to the garden area. We are renting while family is away. The end date cannot be moved. Service fee for tenant: 701
