3 room apartment in Gothenburg

Looking for someone to rent one of my rooms. The apartment is located near Wieselgrensplatsen. Close to almost everything: 200 m from Willys. 3 minutes’ walk to buses and trams, 6 minutes to Nordstan, in central Gothenburg. Close to places to eat—a whole food hall with food, restaurants, and bars. Pizza, Thai, sushi, and Indian food are also available nearby. Price: SEK 7,000/month, or best offer. Everything is included, with access to the entire apartment. Of this, the tenant’s service fee is SEK 416/month (included in the rent above).
