3 room apartment in Gothenburg

I am renting out a furnished room in a central three-room 90 m² apartment with access to the bathroom and kitchen to students for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 5 to 6 months, starting March 15, 2026. Bus or tram access: 12 minutes to Chalmers with tram 6 or 8 and 7 minutes to the Central Station with tram 1 or 3. Broadband and electricity included. Service fee for tenant: 272
