A nice 3-room apartment with modern facilities where I rent out a furnished room (approx. 12 m²). Interviews will be scheduled, and proof (documents of studies/work, income, etc.) will be required. A proper and pleasant personal chemistry is appreciated. The rent, 5,500 kr, is paid in advance on the 25th of each month and includes the furnished room (I appreciate that you have minimal belongings :-)), hot water, electricity, broadband, a shared kitchen and bathroom, and access to washer/dryer and dishwasher.
