3 room apartment in Borlänge

Hello, I live in Canada and therefore need to rent out my apartment. I previously had a tenant, but unfortunately her assignment in Borlänge ended much earlier than expected. She was very happy with the apartment. Therefore, I am looking for a new tenant. It is a newly renovated three-room apartment of 76 square meters. It is furnished and has two bedrooms with two beds. Tenant service fee: SEK 803/month (included in the rent stated above).
