Hello I rent out the ground floor of my nice townhouse with a lake view next to Kassmyra Lake. I am often at my girlfriend’s and am now looking for 1–2 quiet and well-behaved tenants since the house is too big for one person. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms and a living room with its own door out to the patio and garden. Large bathroom with bathtub. There is a countertop stove, microwave and refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Private entrance. It is easy and quick to get by bus to Tumba Centrum. Service fee for tenant: 446
