A spacious room (13 m²) for rent to a female in a large three-bedroom, two-story house in Tumba. An eight-minute walk to Tumba station. We are one male (34 years) and one female (29 years) renting the two other rooms; we are calm, polite, and respectful and hope to find someone similar to share this space with. 6,500 kr all included — electricity, water, Wi‑Fi, etc. Large kitchen and living room area, enclosed outdoor area, front and back yards, two bathrooms, and plenty of storage space.
