Nice semi-detached house with large garden and a shared jetty for residents. 13,000 SEK per month Includes 500 kWh per month; the rest is paid by the tenant depending on kWh consumption and the electricity cost. We consume about 500 kWh and we are two adults. Private water and sewage. We empty it every other month.
