Hello! We will be traveling abroad and are therefore renting out the house in Sjuhalla during the period January 2027–June 2027. The house is 110 sqm and is located right by the sea in a quiet and nature-close area. It has two bedrooms, two toilets, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an air-to-air heat pump, a cozy fireplace, and a large deck with a nice view. Rent: 9,500 SEK/month. Electricity, water, and garbage collection are not included in the rent. We are looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of the house...
