We are renting out our villa with two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with bathtub. The basement also has a sauna and a shower. The house can be heated with a wood-burning stove or an exhaust-air-to-water heat pump. SEK 6,500/month. Additional costs are water (depending on consumption), electricity (chosen and arranged by the tenant) and waste management approx. SEK 175/month. A one-month deposit is required and will be refunded upon move-out and approved final cleaning. Service fee for tenant: SEK 321
