3 room house in Edsbro

I want to rent out my house located in Edsbro, close to the preschool and school, and near ICA supermarket and a pizzeria. It is 400 meters to the SL bus stop, which takes about 55 minutes to Stockholm. Electricity is not included in the rent. The landlord requires one month's rent plus one month's deposit.
