Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, access to terrace, toilet with shower, kitchen. Lower floor: Studio/rehearsal room, 1 bedroom, office room, toilet. Laundry room with sauna, shower, washing machine, tumble dryer. The house is located by the river and a path leads down to a private pier where one can have a spot.
