3 room apartment in Stockholm

Newly renovated 3-room apartment on the 1st floor (not ground level) with an enclosed balcony facing a cozy courtyard with a playground, barbecue area, etc. New washing machine and tumble dryer in a bright newly renovated bathroom. The bathroom will be renovated due to a pipe/plumbing replacement in Feb–Mar 2026; the apartment will be habitable during this time but with the water shut off. Rent reduction during this period as agreed.
