20 m² room in Täby

I am renting out a luxurious 20 sqm room with its own balcony, next to Täby Centrum, which is 12 minutes away from Stockholm University and 15 minutes away from KTH / Stockholm East Station by the local train Roslagsbanan (East is considered part of the inner city/city or Östermalm to be exact). In total, 3 people live in the apartment, open-minded students from KTH or SU, and myself.
