2 room apartment in Västerås

We rent out our small apartment only to students/high school students. The apartment is located in the basement of our villa with its own entrance and a shared laundry room with us who live in the villa, my husband and me. The apartment has been used by our adult children and other students. Close to the bus stop, a 2-minute walk, a 7-minute bike ride to the station, and a 10-minute bike ride to the University. The rent includes electricity/water/WiFi. Service fee for tenant: 247
