Hello! We are renting out an unfurnished one-bedroom apartment in Tunabackar. The apartment is a separate part of a house we own with its own entrance and patio. It is a first-hand contract until further notice and is rented to one (1) person. The apartment is about 30 sqm and the monthly fee is 9000 SEK including electricity, water, heating, garbage collection, and home insurance. There is a washing machine in the apartment.
