2 room apartment in Uddevalla

I am now renting out my well-planned two-room apartment in central Uddevalla with a balcony that gets evening sun, available until further notice because the previous tenant has moved out. Partially furnished; a dresser and the kitchen table and chairs can be left if desired. Heating and water included. Parking may be available (there may be a waiting list initially). The photos are from when I lived there myself. Service fee for tenant: 342
