From the beginning of September, I am renting out my apartment in Vasastan. The rental is for periods of 6 months at a time with a good possibility of extension if everything works as it should. It is a perfect small one-bedroom apartment of 36 sqm at the top of the building. Very central location near Odenplan, with proximity to both the city center and Hagaparken. Electricity, water, and broadband are included in the rent. I am looking for a responsible, non-smoking, and pet-free tenant. Service fee for tenant: 981
