2 room apartment in Stockholm

Renting out my apartment in Östermalm for one year with the possibility to extend as I am moving away for a while. It’s pet-friendly, fully furnished and comes with a dishwasher. The bedroom is separate, and has a walk-in closet as well as a TV. The apartment has direct access to the garden. All utilities including internet are included. Since I will be moving away from Sweden, I am looking for easy-going tenants, since I won’t be around to attend to every single request easily. Service fee for the tenant: 1532
