2 room apartment in Stockholm

Hello, I want to rent out my apartment in central Handen. It's a two-room apartment of 69 m² with a cold rent of 10,900 SEK. It is furnished and internet is included. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher in the home. I want a deposit of 7,000 SEK which will be returned upon move-out if nothing is broken. The intention is a long-term contract for 12 months. The housing company must approve you as a subtenant.
