Hello! We are renting out a large two-room apartment of about 70 sqm in a very quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is newly renovated and fresh, rented out partly furnished (per later agreement). We will sign a sublease that must first be approved by the landlord (Stena Fastigheter) before the contract takes effect.
