2 room apartment in Malmö

Hello, I am renting out my apartment because I work in another town and have accommodation provided by my employer. The property is in good condition, and there are bus and train connections. A contract will be drawn up between both parties, and a deposit will be collected upon moving in and returned upon moving out. Move-in immediately. Of this amount, the service fee for the tenant is SEK 612/month (included in the rent stated above).
