Hi! I'm renting out my through two-room (52 sqm) apartment in Östra Sorgenfri, right by Nobeltorget. Move-in is possible from January 1 (the exact date can be agreed). The apartment has a balcony facing Nobelvägen, and heating, water, broadband and electricity are included in the rent.
