Temporary rental Hello, my small rental apartment suddenly became available from next weekend until mid-August. We live in a house in Southern Lund (Smedjebacken/St Lars) and have an apartment in the annex that we want to rent out. It is about 10-15 minutes by bike from the hospital/university. Public transport both to central Lund and Malmö is very good, with 4 buses stopping right outside the house and a 5-minute bike ride to Klostergården station where the Pågatåget train stops.
