Checking interest in my one-bedroom apartment right in the city centre! I’m seeing whether there’s any interest in my lovely apartment at Södra Långgatan 17 in Kalmar. It has two rooms and a kitchen and is approximately 56 m². The apartment is on the fourth floor (there’s an elevator). Pets are allowed. There’s a dishwasher.
