We will perform the following: Room 1: Ceiling & walls will be painted Kitchen: Range hood will be replaced Your tenancy agreement must have come into effect before we can begin the work in the apartment. We will not carry out any other work in connection with the move-in. There is a maintenance fund linked to the apartment.
