2 room apartment in Hägersten

I wish to rent out during the summer as I am mostly at my cottage in Gothenburg. I may need to come to the apartment on a few occasions during the rental period to pick up clothes, etc. I want to call you/you all lodgers instead of tenants as I might visit the apartment and cannot empty many storage spaces, only some wardrobe(s) and drawers. I have recently rented out the apartment for a long time to a young couple who were very satisfied. I will of course give advance notice before I visit! Service fee for tenant: 595
