A comfortable, low-cost apartment in a nice building with pleasant neighbors in a great area close to central Stockholm. It's an old building. It isn't luxurious but it has charm and is well maintained. I like it here. Lots of trees. The building sits atop a hill with a grassy slope, perfect for cats.
