2 room house in Vellinge

We live in the house on the ground floor and rent out the upstairs, which consists of 1 bedroom and a living room with a balcony. The bathroom with toilet is on the ground floor. We share the kitchen with the tenants when we are at home and not away. The rent includes water, electricity, waste disposal and house insurance. Malmö/Trelleborg are 15 minutes away by car in either direction.
