2 room house in Uppsala

A newly built Attefall house (2025) of 30 sqm with a 15 sqm loft. Air-source heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom and hallway. The cabin has a terrace of about 15 sqm. Move-in February 1st (I can be flexible). I prefer to rent long-term to a company or to private individuals, maximum 2 people. The cabin has a 140 cm bed, but no mattress topper — you need to bring that yourself. It can be partly furnished; this is negotiable.
